O VILLAS

O Villas is a boutique residential project in Santa Fe, Siargao, blending classic Filipino architecture with contemporary design and a touch of Wes Anderson-inspired aesthetics. Currently in its final design phase, the project is envisioned as a unique yet serene retreat, harmonizing bold character with natural surroundings.

Each villa is designed for flexibility, offering two adaptable layouts within the same footprint:

• A one-bedroom configuration with a spacious living room, kitchen, and private bathroom.

• A two-bedroom version, where the living area is easily converted into a second bedroom without structural modifications, creating a more compact yet functional layout.

At the heart of the development, a pool and deck area serve as a communal gathering space, offering a serene environment for relaxation and meditation. While color plays a key role in the villas’ distinct character, the overall atmosphere remains calm and inviting, with tones that blend seamlessly into the natural landscape. In contrast, the reception and café area embrace deeper, earthier hues, creating an immersive transition that enhances the sense of arrival.

The interior design balances vibrancy and simplicity, incorporating natural light, contemporary lines, and warm textures. Each villa features a semi-open bathroom with a private patio, bringing in nature and reinforcing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
